Battle of Wavre → Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher: Part of Prussian campaign. The Battle of Wavre was the final major military action of the Hundred Days campaign and the Napoleonic Wars. Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher, Graf (count), later elevated to Fürst (prince) von Wahlstatt, was a Prussian Generalfeldmarschall. He earned his greatest recognition after leading his army against Napoleon at the Battle of Leipzig in 1813 and the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
